Between the dates of 8th – 25th June 2020 Inshore Fisheries Officers seized fishing gear from Whitley Bay, Newbiggin by the Sea, Low Newton and Berwick under section 264 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
The gear was seized in contravention of NIFCA Byelaw 4.
