If you need advice, want to report an issue, or have a general enquiry about inshore fisheries in Northumberland, our team is here to help. Whether you’re a commercial fisher, recreational sea angler, coastal business, or member of the public, we welcome your enquiry and will respond as promptly as possible.

Reporting lost & found tags

If you have found a tagged lobster or crab, or need to report a lost tag, let us know so we can keep our records up to date and support sustainable fisheries management.

Reporting suspicious behaviour

If you witness suspected illegal fishing or activity that may breach fisheries regulations, please report it to NIFCA so our officers can investigate.
